Refund Policy

FirefighterHire may offer a 7-day full-access trial so candidates can evaluate practice questions, flashcards, readiness analytics, and study workflows before choosing a paid access pass.

If you decide the platform is not right for you, do not start a paid checkout after the trial window.

Paid plans are one-time access passes for the selected access window or lifetime access when purchased. Because digital study materials become available immediately, refunds are not automatic after substantial use.

If you purchased by mistake, were charged incorrectly, or cannot access the product because of a technical issue, contact support as soon as possible with the email used at checkout.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may consider account activity, access issues, duplicate charges, payment-provider records, and whether the request was made promptly.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

FirefighterHire does not guarantee passing, interview selection, hiring, or eligibility. Refunds are not provided because a candidate does not pass an exam, misses an application deadline, or does not receive a job offer.
